17/01/2025

The 2025 New York Fashion Week promises to be a memorable season, filled with innovations, comebacks, and proposals that will shape the future of global fashion. A hallmark event on the fashion calendar, NYFW is preparing to bring together major industry names, with some iconic brands making their return to the runway after a hiatus, while others continue pushing creative boundaries.

Altuzarra, Norma Kamali, and Theory are among the top designers joining Calvin Klein in marking their comeback for the 2025 event. The February calendar, unveiled on Tuesday, January 14, is already building anticipation, setting the stage for a dynamic mix of established talents and fresh perspectives that will redefine the fashion landscape.

"Calvin Klein is thrilled to return to the global stage at New York Fashion Week and unveil Veronica Leoni's creative vision for the Calvin Klein Collection."

Veronica Leoni, bringing a fresh and innovative perspective to the Calvin Klein Collection, makes her debut at NYFW with a collection aimed at defining a new era for the brand, balancing tradition and modernity.

The highly anticipated Christopher John Rogers, renowned for his talent in crafting exuberant pieces that celebrate color, volume, and bold design, is one of the most awaited names at NYFW. A favorite among celebrities, Rogers' Fall/Winter 2025 collection is expected to be a vibrant celebration of fashion.

The 2025 NYFW lineup also promises an exciting mix of innovative runway shows and digital presentations. Alongside Veronica Leoni and Christopher John Rogers, designers such as Anna Sui, Carolina Herrera, Coach, Michael Kors, Monse, Tory Burch, Ulla Johnson, LaQuan Smith, and many more will be showcasing their latest collections. In total, over 54 shows and presentations will feature at the event, according to the CFDA. Many of these collections will be presented digitally, expanding NYFW's global reach and connecting audiences worldwide.

A standout innovation for 2025 will be the live-streamed red carpet event, the GQ Bowl, set in New Orleans. Partnering with stylist Emily Adams Bode Aujla, GQ will debut its BODE REC 2025 collection, a mix of menswear and womenswear modeled by notable figures, athletes, and friends of GQ and Bode. This event promises to blend high fashion with pop culture, bringing a fresh dynamic to traditional red carpet coverage.

The February 2025 season is set to reaffirm New York Fashion Week's role as a dynamic hub for creativity and experimentation within the global fashion industry.

Beyond defining the year's trends, expectations are high for NYFW to further establish itself as a platform for critical discussions on essential topics such as sustainability, inclusion, and social responsibility. As the fashion world increasingly embraces ethical practices and diverse representation, this season aims to influence not only aesthetics but also the values that will shape a more conscientious and inclusive future for fashion.
